New Subscriptions:
The process of activating your subscription and access to SS/Insider is not automatic. It is manual and therefore we ask for your patience. We normally add new subscribers the same day but this manual process may take up to 24 hours.

To start your subscription we have to manually change two independent databases, the one that runs the Message Board Forums for access to the SS/Insider Forum and the database that controls access to the SS/Insider Web Pages and Fishing Report.

Once we are notified by PayPal that a subscription payment has been processed we look up your Username and Email address to verify that you have registered Username for the Message Board Forums. Then we check a "switch" and give you access to the SS/Insider Forum.

Next we open up the database for the SS/Insider Web pages, add your name, Username, email address, subscription number, the date and your chosen password.

We then send the following email to you.

Insider Blitz reports are emailed to subscribers as soon as the information is received AND verified. Most blitzes occur during the late summer and Fall months. If you have a text capable cellphone or PDA we can also forward the Blitz reports to one of these devices. Simply provide your cell or PDA's text messaging address. They usually look something like this: 9085551212@mmode.com

Subscribers to Insider are entitled to one autoforwarding email address. Example: StriperSwiper@stripersurf.com

Please advise if you would like to use this free service, the name to be used before the @stripersurf.com and the destination email address.

Log in Procedures - Username and Password
If you did not submit a password of your own choice, a numeric SS/Insider password will be assigned. It is always six (6) numbers, "12XXXX," and only needed for the SS/Insider Web Pages and Fishing Report.

You must enter your Username EXACTLY, matching each symbol and letter in lower or upper case as originally created by you when you joined the Message Board Forums.

When you first click on any SS/Insider link the current page does not change. A password prompt box similar to the examples below, will apear.

It is strongly recommended that you Check the "Remember my Password" or "Use Password Manager......" to make your access to Insider faster and easier.

The first time you log in to the Insider web pages, the server may require you to input your Username and Password up to three times. This is a longstanding "glitch" that occurs with Apache Web Servers, don't be alarmed.

If you do not input your Username and password exactly, your access will be rejected with this message:

If at any time you cannot access Insider or you have lost your Password simply send a Private Message to Bob D'Amico or email bob.damico@stripersurf.com. Subscription Renewals & Termination:
Within 30 days of the end of your 12 month subscription you will receive a reminder by email. It will include a link to the Insider Quick Renewal Form and the Subscription Mail Order Form.

When your subscription expiration date is reached your Username and Password for the Insider Web Pages are deleted from the database and your access rights to the SS/Insider Forum are dropped.
