other Nature is doing her thing, the weather is getting warmer each day and ocean temperatures are creeping close to that magic range that stripers prefer, 55° to 68°F. Water temperatures should increase by 4 degrees in the next two weeks and be perfect the middle of May. Don't wait for the ocean temperatures to warm up, the striped bass are here and migrating north and black drum too! Where are the bass right? In all the usual early spring places, back bays and shallow waters of the major bays and estuaries. You won't find many bass "Out Front" on ocean beaches, the water is still a bit too cold.

New Home Page: As you can obviously see the Home page has been redesigned. It's wider and yes I know, if you've got a 15 inch wide monitor the right side is cut off but c'mon now it's 2008, what are you doing with a 15 inch monitor! I've spent a lot of time on a new top and bottom horizontal menu system which allows people to immediately view and access specific pages of the web site as well as go directly to their favorite forums. Plus there is the box on the right with a "Live Feed" of the most recent six posts from the Forums. The rest of the pages are the original narrow design, they work well once you are into the site so I've no plans to change them.
