What is the best way to patch holes I have drilled into my kayak but no longer wish to use? We are talking pencil sized holes. Thanks in advance.

The best way is to weld them. I use a ski base tool however a broad tip soldering gun will do. Contact your kayak manufacturer and ask for some plastic material for the welds.
