Default Yak beginers help

Hey all, Thinking of making a yak purchase this year for fishing. It will mainly be for striper fishing in the bay, river, and ocean area around the Sandy Hook as well as exploring around the Meadowlands in Bergen County which is near my home.
Question is there are so many differetn makers out there. Which ones should I point my interest at. I like the look of ocean kayak models.
And of course where have you guys found the best places to shop for them price wise and knowledge wise ?

Come & Meet the Wolfpack

Saturday, March 22 at 1 PM at Kayak Fishing Stuff, 3 Iron Mountain Rd, Mine Hill, NJ 07803

The Wolfpack is a kayak fishing group that prides themselves on being ?rules free?. Often gathering at least 10-14 boats for a day filled with fishing and lots of fun. There are no membership fees, no prerequisites . . . . if you are a kayak fisher, then you are welcome to join them, just show up ready to fish.

The guys will take turns discussing their specific kayak fishing expertise, ranging from the best spots, the best methods, and how to rig a kayak. There will also be time for questions & answers, and even some time to shop!

To register: call (973) 659-1114 or email seminars@kayakfishingstuff.com
