Default I Need info on Kayak Fishing

I have never fished from a Kayak. I use to own a white water kayak and I am now looking at the Ocean Kayak - Prowler Big Gameâ„¢ Angler I can get it at a good price. Any opinions on this kayak.

This is a great FISHING kayak. It is strong, good on big water, tons of storage space, lots of mounting options, and most of all comfortable in both stability and cockpit.

Its drawbacks are it is huge, bargy, a play thing for the wind, and slow.

Pay the extra get a foot controled rudder, and a drift sock. All in all, I would not mind having one myself for those fluking days or sedge night trips.

It has a great reputation and at the end of the day you will have a surperior boat to about 90% of what I see out there.

Good luck
