good question; I see Cuddyer and Duda platoon at first, when he's back; Grandy, Lagares and Cespedes in OF: maybe Conforto goes back to play everyday at AAA; Tejada, Murphy, Flores, Uribe and Johnson infield; keep Plawecki; Reckker goes down possible unless 3 catchers needed; and as one guy on ESPN said...if you are anxious to see Cespedes hit, wait til you see him throw!!! and what a Hollywood ending lat night; people can be critical of NY fans (I"m in Philly) but what a class reaction to Flores...where is Bob Murphy when we need him

one more thought on the value of Cespedes; last night in 8th inning with Grandy on 2nd, they walk Cespedes to face Duda who is red hot; he doubles in winning run....last week there was nobody in the lineup who would have been walked in that spot; does not not show in stats but it proves the value of his bat

The Big Boss & I were local this weekend so it was all baseball & one horse race. It was good not to get in the car for a change. Went to the freezer the last of the Black fish & Sea Bass w/ summer squash & Jersey corn. All around exciting series by the Bombers & Metropolitans ( pitching keeps you in the game ) & a horse that can't be beat. Hope they both keep it up.

what a great series; two teams with opposite personalities right now; one sports reporter commented that the Nats look lost, uninterested and a group of players without a team focus or team leader; Harper getting tossed in a tie game in extra innings over a called strike is a great example; long way to go but the Mets look totally rejuvenated; Colon and Niese next 2 but who goes on Wed...Harvey on 4 days rest?? a call up from AAA for one start??

What a time Mets fans; 2 weeks ago when guys came up with men on you just felt like nothing would happen; now you can just feel the energy and its great; yes a long way to go but lets give management credit for making some good things happen and giving us reasons to feel good; team is a different group today

Bill Nats. are not lost & far from it. Don't buy into that @ all. Most of these scouts & reporters can't pic their nose about anything in baseball. Headlines sells. If George were alive GUARANTEE today's back page would be the METS ...tomorrows back page would be something he did yesterday to make the Yanks on every page in America.

Hook...the Nats are very good; they just don't play that way; if you watched the weekend series you saw a team without much group fire; this may come down to the last 3 games of the season at CITI; Scherzer, Strasburg and Zimmerman vs Harvey, DeGrom and Syndergard; not counting them out at all just saying you can see the new attitude in Mets and I can just imagine what the new bats mean to that pitching staff and their attitude
