Hey Bay, Did you troll that one up or what?
I'm getting the itch to see the beach one of these next days. Weather will be playing a role in my plans, though. Snow?

Bay, pretty sure that's cheatin'! (thinking if I sell my surf stuff I could probably buy a boat )

4 night sessions last week, walked miles and got a grand total of 3 hits
Went this morning got 1 at 27" (in the dark) and a hickory, both on the teaser. Saw whales and dolphin but no bait.

The way I figured it, you went out for a nice boat ride and picked up dinner on the way home.

I'm going to get to the beach again this Thursday morning. Where would you all consider spending your time?
High tide's between 0800 and 0830.
I might walk out to the Hook or try farther south. Ideas?

Late but I wanted to share that my son and his friend lost count of the stripers they caught last Thursday evening at one of the many bridges that span the Shrewsbury River. Up to 32 inches. Rainy weather and only one other guy was angling.
Won't post photos as a. I don't know how to and b. it would give away the location which the site discourages.

Fished SH yesterday with 2 feiends. We had 42 bass between us launching green tails out. All shorts and slot sized fish up to 25 inches.
The Boat fleets were insane.
Fun day.

there is no lure made that is worth $40 to me.

"worth it" is in the eye (and wallet) of the beholder.

especially for a saltwater carp (as gottog used to say )
